Makita dual slide compund miter saw,

"I have had a 10" makita dual slide compound miter for 4 years. This saw is balanced well, slides freely and hasplenty of power. It is a little heavy and bulky to carry around but it can be done. The automatic stops are accurate. I would recommend this saw to anyone from homeowner to contractor."

"Using leftovers and getting excellent results requires GOOD equipment! I needed a table and had some leftover pieces of flooring so I thought I'd use them up. My Dad has this Makita Mitre saw so we tackled the project together. Not only did I wind up with a table that was better than expected but we had fun doing it! Getting proper cuts is difficult with some equipment but with this Makita we didn't have any problems. The laser shows you exactly where your cut will be and you know that when make your cut it will be smooth and straight.
Whenever we are in need of a new tool, we know that Makita on the nameplate will be at the top of our list of choices."
