"This is a good spring compressor for cylinder heads with one spring per valve. Some heads use a dual spring per valve set up that require a c clamp style compressor. however such compressors cost about four or five times as much depending on the brand."

"this tool is great because you do not have to smash your fingers with two screwdrivers taking out the spring it is very easy to use it takes the overhead valve spring out like nothing it will fit in any tool box and it is not expensive but worth every dollar so bye one or as many as you need"
