A lot of fun, for a few minutes,

"I had been wanting a radio controlled model for a while. I saw this on Northern's web site and decided to get it as a simple initiation into these toys .
At first it was a lot of fun, and I quickly was able to control it's flight. The controller is intuitive, requires some practice, but is definitely do-able.
The problem is that after maybe 15 - 20 miutes of use, the left motor dropped off in power, permanently.
Since this thing has no movable control surfaces, and is contolled solely by left, right, and total motor speed, it is now un-flyable. It banks to the left and then crashes in about 8 feet. That's it!
Too bad. I got screwed on this one.
Don't buy it unless you got extra money that you don't care about."
