Nice Set,

"Happened to pick up this set as a "middle of the road" addition to my workshop - moving my existing set into a small tool box for the RV. I was impressed by the initial quality of the tools and felt I got a better deal for my money than expected.
Ended up using it at work, filling in for the maintenance department for a few weeks. This set came in handy and performed very nicely.
Overall I was impressed with the finish of the tools, organization of the storage box, the large engraving on the sockets, and the handy use of the driver handle as an extension for the 3/8 ratchet."

"I bought this set as part of the foundation of tools for the workroom at my vacation house. First thing I used it for was to put together an old Craftsman table saw that had 3 different sized bolts and nuts--some of which were tricky to get at. i was very pleased in working with the set to find that the size markings were easy to read and fitted on and off smoothly. By the end of the chore the set felt like an old friendly tool I had used for years."

"I own the 1/4" standart and metric set of these sockets and bits, and they are the handest things that i own. Not only are they easy to use, but they are very cheap. They seem to be very durable, seeing as I have not broke a socket yet, and I would recommend them to anyone."

"Until recently I wasn't aware that Northern was even making hand tools with their name on them. I have been able to use this set frequently at my place of work and I have to say that this tool set seems to be very well made and of good quality. I have not had any problems with anything in the whole set . My only suggestion would be to add some checkering on the handle of the ratchet for a better grip. The case/set is very compact which is great for travel. Good job Northern!"

"I picked this up as a set to get me by until I got a bigger, higher end set. I still haven't bought that higher end set, haven't needed to. This set has worked really well, it has held up under some pretty good cranking. The case is good and makes it easy to keep the sockets organized."
