Great Blower Ryobi Backpack Blower Model# ZR08570,
January 15, 2008
By homec

"I bought this blower for a Christmas gift for family member, and was amazed at the great performance and how well built it was. I have other Ryobi products and this is on the higher end of their product line. It will blow wet leaves and is easy to start. You can't beat this price, you would pay twice as much or more same power and quality. I buy a lot of reconditioned products on the higher end, and I think this is one of the better buys I have found."

leaf blower,

"This is my first backpac blower and I really like it. It does seems to have a little less power than the electric one I used to have, but not having to move the cord around makes up for it.
After looking at many different model I choose this one it seems like a good value and other people like it. The backpac fits great and can be adjusted well. I really like the control botton for blowing it gives you a nice control.
One thing negativ the way it comes packed , everything trown in a box I guess because it is recondition item.

Ryobi Backpack blower,

"I recently bought this unit after my old blower gave up the ghost after 20 years. I use this blower mostly in the fall/winter months after large storms and normal leaf fall on my two acres in the Sierra mountains.
The blower is holding up well and easy starting and light. I go through a tank a gas each use but cover alot of ground /roof/and roadway.

Nice little leaf blower,
July 20, 2009

"PROs: I've owned this leaf blower for two seasons and have used it several times. It has more than enough power for normal household landscaping chores. I've found that it will even peel up wet leaves with no problem. It's not too heavy - my wife uses it with no problem, and it starts right up every time.
My unit was factory reconditioned, and did not come with the shoulder harness. I called Ryobi and they sent one over quickly with no questions asked - great customer service.
CONs: The fit and finish is a bit cheap (plastic seams don't line up, etc), and the shoulder harness does not positively lock in place, which can sometimes make strapping it on over a thick jacket troublesome.
Bottom line: Great leaf blower for the price, especially compared to home improvement stores. You will not be disappointed."

Ryobi Backpack Blower,

By BobbyGtheblower

"I've used blowers before, but always had issues with them staying running in idle mode and this one stays running when I have to put it down for a minute to do something else. It doesn't die. If I do need to turn it off and it hasn't fully cooled, it starts with one pull, yes only one pull and that's amazing.
I recomend this blower to anyone that wants hastle free work.

Ryobi backpack blower,
February 12, 2009
By calboneone

"I read quite a few reviews on this item where the user was having problems with keeping the blower wand together. I read where screws were used and duct tape was used. What I found was that if the wand was put together correctly in the first place, there wasn't an issue with it. Mine has been used now eight times and I've run 13 tanks of gas through it and I have yet to have any problem with the wand falling apart.
It does require paying attention to how it connects and making sure that it snap locks, but if it does, it stays together and runs fine.
Super purchase for the money, and does a fine job with all types of leaves and pine straw.
