"I purchased this Bar after reading all of the positive reviews on this product. I had some stuck Axle Nuts on my vehicle and this tool was the ticket. Nice smooth finish on the handle and the locking feature on the head really connected nicely onto my sockets.
Stuck or difficult nuts and bolts are no longer an issue for this guy. Matter of fact I'm now looking forward to my next stuck nut!"

unbreakable bar!,
March 16, 2009

"I work in an Industrial setting. My guys are famous for destroying tools, but not this bar. It has held up to use with a cheater on endless numbers of rusted nuts on studs, which we used to have to cut with a torch, which would often result in damaged flanges and insulation. Finding affordable tools that hold up to our type of work is often difficult. This breaker bar is hands down the best value I've found in long time."

"This wrench turned a wrench/bolt that would not budge when I tried a normal wrench with a cheater bar. Great product. I appreciated the leverage."

"I ordered this product because I work on big trucks and other vehicles for the military. I had several of these from other companyies and they all either broke of bent, this product works great had not broken and does not even give when dealing with tight bolds works like a charm. I have ordered other things from you guy's and have been very happy with everything and I will continue to use Northern Tools for further purchases. Buy the way I got my buddies at work to use Northern tools, couple of them have also ordered your product after seeing this one perform.
The quality of the tools are excellent.

Breaker Bar,
January 20, 2008

"As Archimedes said: "Give me a lever big enough and a place to stand and I can move the world."
This is that lever! The key to success is to have a good fit to the bolt that is being broken free. You also need the room to actually torque the bar.
Be careful though, too much torque and you will only shear the bolt - especially if it is severely rusted/seized.
This simple tool absolutely lets you "work smarter, not harder.""

breaker bar,

"Always been a work smart/work hard guy. this heavy duty breaker bar allows this 56 year old farm boy to do both. The "cheater bar" application of this tool is quite simple, it's safer than pipes ! If I need to add a little more "cheater" to this breaker, I don't worry about it failing. In short, smarter tools make work more tolerable, and in most cases, safer."
