"Really hard to handle fully extended,I even have the belt to help support it,still hard to handle and the wieght of it broke the plastic clip on the belt. I taped it together to finish the job. Im in construction. Next time Im using the ladder. At 12ft it was ok. 24ft bad."

Pressure washer wand,
August 18, 2008
By JLOC320from CT
"I hate heights. The first time I washed my house I was in the back of my truck, on a ladder, reaching as high as I could, when I thought, There's got to be a better way. I found this Wand and ordered it that day. I've been using mine for four years, when my "friends" don't have it. They seem to always take my tools.. This was my best thing I've purchased for the pressure washer. It is a wrestling match to handle, but it keeps you firmly on the ground, which is the way I like it."

24' Telescoping Pressure Washer Wand,
August 14, 2008
By jd1234from CT
"Excellent for washing the vinyl siding on the 2nd and 3rd story of my colonial without using an extension ladder. Get the back belt unless you have a helper or are willing to use a step ladder as a fixture for holding a fully extended wand. The 24 foot wand is a real bear to negotiate when fully extended, so get the 18 foot wand if that is all you need"

reaches up there!,
August 11, 2008
By cephasfrom NWPA
"Works as described, heavy duty, well built. A little heavier than I originally anticipated extended, considering the belt to help hold it. A word of caution, when extending sections of the wand don't tighten the sections together too firm. The first time I did that, and after using it I had a very hard time getting them loose to collapse the wand. Needs sturdier packing and box for shipment. Arrived ok but box was trashed."

Telescoping Pressure Washer Pole,
August 11, 2008
By CessnaPilotfrom Northeastern Ohio
"The pole appears to be well constructed and the locking nuts easy to use. I do question one aspect of the design, the short pipe that attaches to the top of the pole and provides the quick coupler has only about a 5 degree bend which will direct most spray nozzles almost straight up. It seems to me that this angle should be more like 45 degrees to provide a happy medium between cleaning soffets and side walls. I think I'm going to put a 45 degree street ell on it. I bought this telescoping pole to wash a two story house with gable ends. So far I've used only about half the extension length of the pole but I can tell that at full extension it's going to be a hand full. I do not have a support belt for this but will probably get one before I start cleaning the higher sections. Using this pole for short periods is a work out, I will plan my work to intemix high and low work to provide my arms time to rest. The bottom line is that this pole does provide a better solution to washing high places than hanging off the side of a ladder. I think it was a good value and the right choice for a serious homeowner or light business."

Secret weapon,
April 23, 2008
By Camwashceofrom Tewksbury, MA
"As a professional pressure washer I Would not dream of washing a house or building without my 24' wand. I can wash 90-95% of homes with-out touching a ladder. That makes it safer and faster... where's the mystery?"

Safer way to wash,
April 22, 2008
By Paintingfrom Flemington, NJ
"My Mi-T-M pressure washer has quite a kick to it and I can't imagine being up on a 32 foot ladder trying to wash the side of a house with it. The extension wand is much safer. I highly recommend it."

Telescoping Pressure Washer Wand,
April 22, 2008
By fran4745from Givhans South Carolina
"This thing is great. I would not recommend the belt/harness holder. After about 30 minutes of using the wand with the harness, I was worn out. I guess I am a wimp. What I did was make a "holder" for the entire wand that can rest on the ground. This eliminated having to hold the weight all day long and took almost all of the work out of the wand. As it turns out, the O.D. of the bottom of the wand is slightly smaller than the I.D. of a 1-1/2" sched 40 PVC plumbing pipe. I cut a length of 1-1/2" to about 4.5 ft. Then I cut 2 three inch long slots, 180 deg apart, in the end of the pipe. I then got a couple of hose clamps and clamped the PVC to the end of the wand. Of course you have to cut another slot (smoothed) to feed the hose through and rested the whole thing on the ground. Doing this and letting the wand sink in the ground slightly, allowed me to pivot and rotate the wand at will. This actually made the operation a 1 handed job when I wanted to. I then improved on the PVC a little by adding a threaded male adapter and female threaded/slip coupling so that I could unscrew the PVC pipe when needed for shorter length. In any case, the wand works great. I was able to clean all of the house eaves and under the proches without a step ladder. I blew through the work. No problem what so ever. Get the wand. Determine how to eliminate holding it up with you back all day, and dump the belt harness."

Telescoping wand,
April 21, 2008
By Porchdawgfrom Warner Robins, GA
"This is one of the most convient tools of any trade. When you need the extra length just twist grip and slide. Sure beats taking a chance on climbing a ladder. Even the smallest size will reach most places with no trouble. You can manuver the spray with ease for a complete and thourgh cleaning. Best on the market."

Extension wand,
April 21, 2008
By HandymanofBoonefrom North Carolina
"It was a great addition to my pressure washer. It was able to areas that would have required a ladder making it very dangerous to climb since I was reaching heights of 45 feet on a steep slope. The wand did get heavy after a while but it would have been a lot worse without the extension wand."
