"I own 14 Excavators and this is my favorite. It is the largest and most highly detailed of any of the Cat/JD line of track hoes that I have seen. The metal tracks are a real highlight. This is the center of my collection. You cant beat this one, especially for the price."

""I have a special needs son who just loves trucks and equipment (what boy doesn't) I have been buying him a CAT toy every year for Christmas since he has been born. He just loves them all. He and I will get on the floor and push them back and forth to one another, and when he gets mad and punishes his CAT toys, they are still there in one piece for him to play with another time.
The craftsmanship and quality are that of toys of yester years. I do not ever squabble about the cost, because between me knowing they are going to last, and the happiness of my son when he plays with them, it is all worth it""

"This is the first CAT model I have bought and I am very impressed!!! The detail is extremely accurate,and the mobility is outstanding. You can not find such detail or better craftsmanship from any other company. The size of it is big for the 1:50 scale, but it is worth every penny. I will be purchasing more products from CAT in the future."

"I bought this for my son for Christmas.. He thoroughly enjoys it as he does all the toy tractors I have bought for him from you.. It is well made and tough to handle all that he puts it through. I would recommend this product to my friends who have children."

"It is fun to "play" with your toys and the CAT 5110B Excavator is no exception. From its movable tracks to its adjustable boom it is fun to "operate" this greatly detailed CAT collectible. It fits into your "dream" scenarios but remember that it is a collectible and not made for rough use."

"The Caterpillar 5110B is a good diecast model excavator for your collection. It has excellent paint work and the tracks are metal which I think makes the model more realistic.The cabin detail is ok but there is no engine detail and the compartment doors don't open which is a little dissapointing. Aside from that I think the 5110B would compliment anyones earthmoving collection of diecast models."
