"I bought six of these casters to replace the six on one of our chain carts. We commonly load these with 1600lbs. of chain. These casters have been in use for few months now, and work as well as they did on day one. That is to say, they are great performers. On our floor - which is very good, but not perfect - the cart sporting these casters is easily maneuvered when loaded.

We don't use the brake(s), but in limited testing, the brake(s) functioned very well.

I think that anyone that has a need for an inexpensive caster that delivers more performance than the low cost would indicate, would do well to consider these.

It's easy to recommend these casters."

Great Value for Shop Carts,

"I have a cabinet shop and use a varity of carts. Some are bought, some we make. We also have some tools on wheels for mobility. We have been using these wheels for several years
Pros: We really like this wheel for this application. They are considered "light duty", but they are more that strong enough for the work we do. At times we have carts stacked with about 1000 lbs. of wood and they roll and turn easily. We have used these wheels to replace existing wheels on bought carts when the original wheels failed. We have never had this wheel fail and are still using the first wheels we bought. This is our first choice for cart wheels.
Cons: A couple of times we have received wheels that were bent.
Overall: Highly recommend this product."
