Over rated, I believe,

"My swimming pool building rolls away so the pool can be outside. I used several of the 10 inch, 250 pound rated casters on the side of the building that runs on the concrete. Two of them on one end were sort of overloaded, so I bought a couple of these 450 pound rated casters to replace them. In my opinion, these tires do not handle the load as well as the lighter ones did. They are always half flat and are all full of cracks already. They seem to need air added to them every few weeks. They don't spin around easily like the other ones do so that makes the building start moving harder. Part of the reason they spin around hard is, I'm sure, because they have a wider tread area. But, it's also because they don't hold air and are always low on air.
I will be removing these and putting the lighter rated ones back on!
I would give the 250 pound rated casters a 5 star rating but, sorry, not these things!"

Excellent heavy-duty swivel caster,

"I have purchased several casters in the past year and this one measures up to the competition. We use the casters in our warehouse for carts that we stage customer orders on. We frequently overload the carts but these casters can withstand alot of wear and tear. They move nicely over a concrete surface with little effort needed. An excellent choice!"
