Common Sense Necessity!,

"This item is easy to install and allows the user to lower the flame on his tourch to "only the pilot light" when moving to a new work spot, etc.

Then, once he is in position to work, a simple squeeze of the handle turns on the full flame to get the job done!

When finished, simply release the lever to decrease the flame to "only the pilot light" and move on to the next spot.

Besides the safety factor, the savings in propane pays for the item!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Weed Dragon,

"I bought this unit a short time ago, and was amazed at how well it can
burn out weeds in my garden area. At the same time, I also bought the
optional 'flame squeeze valve' (Model# V-880P/H-1) that helps to keep
it ignited with a low pilot light flame, and you have better and faster control
over the high pressure flame by simply pushing on the lever. This unit
is very powerful and can really burn weeds and their seeds in the fall,
especially when you dont wish the weed seeds sprouting the following year.
With this unit, and my black plastic fabric mulch in my vegetable
garden, its much easier for me to deal with weed control. I grow
organically, so any chemical controls used are very limited. After I
used the flamer, I did find that it is also convienient to get the hand truck
to hold a 20 pound propane tank, which also has a attached hanger for the torch end
to be set into.
The only negative is the fact the high pressure rubber hose can burn
easily if the hot torch end comes in contact with the hose."

Put The Squeeze On,

"This accessory is indispensable for using the flaming weed dragon torch. Instructions couldn't be simpler. Without the pilot and squeeze valve, you'd either be running the torch full time or awkwardly turning it on and off with the main shutoff dial. This way you don't run the risk of the flame extinguishing during use. The handle design is definitely very industrial, not a bit towards the trendy ergonomic passion of other devices. Good idea to switch hands from time to time."
