"The ChefsChoice EdgeSelect Plus 120 Knife Sharpener is an answer to my prayers. I never have been able to put a good edge on a knife but with this sharpener I have no problem. Easy to use and put a perfect edge on every knife that I tried in it makes them sharp as a razor. This has been a great purchase for me, well worth the price."

"I am pretty rough on my filet knives and used to spend a lot of time hand sharpening. This product restored the edge quickly and it only takes a few seconds to touch up the edge once it has been sharpened. Well worth the money to me."
