"I made 40 pounds of sausage last week using this stuffer and it worked to perfection! It helps if you can bolt it down, but even if you can't it's still a pretty simple one man job.
I love it, and the price can't be beat..."

"In researching the Internet for sausage stuffers similar to the old cast ones but better, I kept coming back to this one. The reviews seemed to support the product description and it seemed to fit what we needed. Bought it and finally got to try it out this last weekend. It was absolutely everything it was presented to be. Easy to load, use & clean up! Makes a great product with minimal effort. The old cast ones are good but this is 10 times better. Not a lightweight stuffer but certainly not too heavy or cumbersome to handle by yourself. Looking forward to handing this down to our children as the cast ones have been. Get it, you'll be glad you did!"

Excellent stuffer,

"For several years I have used my meat grinder for my stuffer. It worked fairly well except for doing snack stick size sausage. It would work but was very difficult and time consuming. I purchased the stuffer and can not believe the difference it has made. Stuffing is simple on snack stick and even more simple on larger sausage. I wish I would have bought one of these a long time ago THANKS FOR THE HELP"

stainless stuffer,

"I have an old "Enterprise" stuffer made of cast iron that I got from my grandparents I replaced it with this new stainless stuffer. Both stuffers are 15 lb capacity but what a difference! The new stuffer dosen't leak water all over like the old one and cleanup is a snap with the new one. The removeable meat cylinder can be put in the sink for washing. This is a first class sausage stuffer."

"WOW...My daughter and I put this to use this week-end to stuff venison burger into one pound tubes. It pressed the hamburger into the tubes perfectly everytime and cleaned up extremely easily. We have to figure out some sausage recipes next."

Great, well made product.,

"In the past I used an old, passed down, 5 pound stuffer that was almost more of a pain than it was worth. I researched stuffers at retail stores and the internet for around 6 months. I knew I wanted this Northern Industrial 15 pound stuffer but I thought there had to be a better one out there for the money. This stuffer became my point of comparison to all others. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing this one and could not be any happier. I am amazed by the size and how well made this product is. If you are lucky (and patient) you may even find it on sale like I did. If you are in the market for a good stuffer, you can't go wrong with this nice, heavy duty product."

"I'm a former meatcutter/manager/district supervisor for meat departments, and was born and raised in a meat shop with over 35 yrs. meat experience. That said, I purchased this stuffer for sausage-making and couldn't be happier. It's all stainless steel with sturdy metal gears and a massive frame. It comes with standard 2" stuffing tubes, and you can purchase other sizes that will fit it (F.Dick tubes work fine, bought a ½" for sheep casing for it). The plunger has excellent threads and removes easy for filling and comes off easy for cleaning, and I contacted Northern Tool and they support their products with replacement parts; you don't have to worry about finding new gaskets or such. I broke a stuffing tube (my own fault) and they ordered and sold me a replacement very reasonably and quickly; fantastic customer service! You can't go wrong with this stuffer, I've stuffed hundreds of pounds of sausages of various kinds and casing sizes all with ease and a great professional results!

Excellent Well Built Stuffer - great value!,
March 20, 2009

"Excellent, well built stuffer! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a sausage stuffer. I used this for the first time about a month ago and it worked excellent for stuffing fibrous casings for venison summer sausage...came out excellent. I really like having the 15 lb size as it works well for a typical batch of sausage (2 to 3 lbs per sausage). The gears are very heavy duty. The stainless steel seems of a very high quality. The vertical sausage "tub" is removed for easy cleaning. Frame is heavy duty - would highly recommend this stuffer and is very highly thought of on "Smoking Meats" forums - so I must not be alone. Good luck!"
