Great Fry Maker,
November 8, 2009
"The only reason I did not give this a five star is because you have to cut large potatoes in half.
Here are all the good reasons.
It always sticks to the counter well and never comes loose.
You can make show string or regular size fries
great for making home fries
Real Easy to use as long as you press quckly
Saves you $$$ over store bought fries
Great tasting fries - much better than fast food chains
We use this to cut up zuchinis and other vegetables and saute them.
This one is well worth every penny and then some.

"I love this little gadget! The only thing I don't like about it is if you have a large potato, you have to cut it in half. It's easy to clean too."

Frency Fry Cutter,

"We had been looking for a french fry cutter of this type and the price at Northern Tool was far better than anyone else. Most retailers do not carry this item at all any more. This is a very handy item in the kitchen and can be used for more than just cutting potatoes into french fries. I have found that prices and service at Northern Tool can't be beat."

A treasure,

"Although I certainly wanted to buy the upgraded model, I have been pleasantly suprised by this little wonder. If your feeding a tentload, it's not the unit for you and I would suggest the upgrade. But for our small family, it's perfect. The kids participate and they honestly get excited when we make french fries."

"Cutter works great, smaller than I had thought it would be, cannot handle really large potatoes, but small to medium work fine."

french fry,
January 15, 2008
"The french fry cutter makes great french fries but it is very difficult to push the handle to cut the potato. It requires a man's strength to push it. If you could make it a little more female friendly, it would be great."

"It Is really well bulit but the only downside to this is you can't use just any potatoes for this it can only be so big around and so long or it will not work unless you cut the potato before you try to use it."
