Great Product!,

"I shopped for a stuffer like this with everyone that sells them on the internet & a few local businesses in the Denver area. The price for this unit was the best by far of all the stuffers that I found. The reviews listed were very helpful and when I received the unit I was very pleased with the quality of the unit. I have used it to make approximately 50 lbs of jerky at this point and the unit works flawlessly. It is also a breeze to clean up after use. At first I was a little apprehensive about the nylon gears so I ordered an extra set when I purchased the unit. I think that the people that are having trouble with the gears breaking are just not paying close enough attention when the piston reaches its full travel and are putting way too much pressure on them. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would reccoment it to anyone looking for a stuffer."

"I have used hand stuffers which failed, table top tube style stuffers which the meat came out around the press. This stuff was great in all aspects of its operation. Although it needed to be fastened to the top of the counter by using a C-clamp, it didn't leak and I was able to stuff 15 lbs of sausages in just 20 minutes. I found it easy to clean and dish washer safe."

5-lb sausage stuffer,
November 9, 2009
By Grinder100

"My family realy loves Italian sausage,I use to make a lot of sausages the old way, with a funnel and a thumb ! then I tried an attachment for the electric grinder, it was okay but not great (a two person job at best ) About 3-4 weeks ago I purchased a Northan Industry 5 lb. sausage stuffer. How did I ever do with out this great tool ? It was so easy to use , it took more time to load the casing on the tube than It did to make 5lbs. of sausage. the clean up was a snap as it disassembled in a flash I would highly recomend this tool to anyone, my next plan is to make a much bigger batch of different flavors."

"This is a great product. It is the same stuffer offered by other suppliers and it costs much, much less. I am delighted. I have mounted it on an old cutting board to stabilize it and couldn't be more pleased."

Quick and easy,

"I bought this to start making my own Polish sausages as they are made in Poland since you cannot find decent Polish sausages around here. This will easily do over 200lb per hour. I also bought a Northern Industrial grinder from Northern Tool, which by the way is also great. This is an all around great stuffer!"

5lb Sausage Stuffer,

"This stuffer works great, I use it to make summer sausage you can't beat it for the price. I have priced other ones of similiar size and quality and they are $100 or more in price. I have probably put about two hundred pounds of meat through it with absolutely no problems."

Sausage stuffer,

By TinMD

"I used this stuffer to make 30 lbs of sausage this weekend. I am a novice at sausage making but this stuffer made the process easier. I love the stuffer and would recommend this to others. The only thing I saw that could make this better would be some removabel rubber feet to help the stuffer stay in place. I am planning on mounting the stuffer on a block of wood to help keep it from moving too much while cranking it."

sausage stuffer,

"I can't believe that I toiled away for years with attachments for a grinder when this product was available. It is so much easier to use and clean up, that I make much more sausage than I did before. It has simplified the job to the point that I make a lot more product and give to friends and family. I had purchased other products for this purpose in the past and was skeptical that this would work so easily. I was pleasantly surprised."

"This is the best stuffer I have ever used, prior to this one we had a heavy cast iron one and it was so hard to operate and clean where this one my wife can handle. Its so easy to take apart for cleaning even parts can be put into dish washer which makes it so convenient. For the price of this jewel I have recomened it to my friends."

Works Great!!,

"I bought this stuffer last winter as I was unhappy with the venison sausage the local meat market produced for me in the past. I had never made sausage before. When it arrived, I unpacked it, cleaned it, mixed up batch of venison brats, and stuffed about 8 lbs. Everything was cleaned up, put away and cooked up for supper in about 1 hrs time. Couldn't be more happy with the product. As noted by others, you just need to crank gently until you feel resistance, then back off and fill the stuffer again."
