By Milton from Vanceboro, N.C.

"I live in the fine state of North Carolina, for weeks in the month of May, 2007 I could watch the ground rise under my feet, trails being made, my yard looked like a battle zone. I took the advice of several people and went to my local Yard and Garden stores, I picked up several types of mole repellent, needless to say these products did not work at all. While on my way home from doing some shopping, my wife saw a new Northern Tool & Equipment store that had just opened a few miles outside of Greenville, NC. While checking out the great sales in the store we picked up one of the 8ft windmills. When I got home I saw a box that the UPS left on my back deck, inside the box was 2 mole Chaser Windmills that my wife had ordered online from Northern Tools.

I spent a few hours on the next Saturday morning setting the three windmills up. I have one acre of land and the house sits in the center, I placed one windmill at the rear of the property and one on each side. The windmills that were placed on each side, I drove a ten foot galvanized pipe about three feet of the pipe into the ground and then mounted the windmill.
Guess what, these windmills worked. In two days I had no more new trails, so I went around the property stepped down on all trails I could find and gave my yard a good watering, to this day I have no "MOLES""

At least they make good yard art., July 18, 2008
By VaTx from North Texas

"I bought (2) 3 weeks ago. I placed them 20 feet apart in an area that is about 40 feet long and 12 feet wide. Am I rid of the moles 100%? No. We have not had alot of wind so I am optimistic it will drive them out of the area.
So I will wait and see. In the mean time I like the look, and they make nice yard art when you paint them."

mole chasers are great!, July 3, 2008
By climber

"I purchased two of these for where I work about 1 1/2 years ago. We actually had a problem in our outside garden area with squirrels who were creating what must have been amazing underground condominiums for the amount of dirt they would leave piled outside their holes. Since the day we installed the mole chasers, the dirt piles have stopped. The neighboring buildings still have significant excavating being done by the squirrels, (who new squirrels excavated?) but we are an excavation free zone. Our windmills are constantly turning in our high wind zone and we have had no mechanical problems with them at all."

These seem to be working...!, May 29, 2008
By Molekricket from Citrus Springs, Fl

"I purchased two of these after a "mole metropolis" moved in to my small residential garden! Every morning I walk around my garden to count the large number of tracks and damaged plants. Yet, after one night of having these mills in the garden, I found no new tracks at all during my morning walk around!
A previous customer rated this product extremely low sighting poor quality in manufacturing, construction, design...etc. I found none of this. The one thing I did do was utilize lock washers (a.k.a. split washers) in the assembly of the nut & bolt combination that fastens the blades to the plate."

Windmill Mole Chaser, April 14, 2008
By RoseB from Nashville, TN

"I purchased 4 windmills and placed them in the front, side and back of my property. Within 2 weeks, all evidence of moles in my yard were gone. My neighbors have now purchased them as well.
For over 3 years I have tried ridding my property of moles using every contraption and remedy known with no success. I would recommend this product to anyone who has moles."

waste of money, February 5, 2008
By Meliora from West Jefferson, NC

"I ordered 3 of these windmills. The blades fell off all three windmills within a month. I called the company and they replaced the part the blades attached to - saying it was a new development to solve the problem. Same part, same problem. I called the company and they sent me another set of three parts. Now, one month later, after two replacement sets of parts, I do not have a single windmill working. I do think the windmills might control moles IF I could keep the blades on the stand so they would turn and vibrate."

Mole Chaser Purchase, January 15, 2008
By travelingdee from Pennsylvania

"I purchased the Mole Chaser windmill for not only our yard, but for our neighbor's yard and for my daughter and son-in-law. There seems to be an epidemic of mole activity in our area. I read the reviews on your website of people who have purchase this product and there was a tremendous positive response. We've only had the product in for about a month and it is winter here but we've had a lot of windy days and that means a lot of vibration! It's hard to determine whether the moles are gone but I'm sure we'll see wonderful results in the Spring. We have seen holes in our yard which we believe may be the moles "moving out". Thank you for developing such a simple product for such a difficult problem."

"I had lots of problems with those pesky underground critters in my yard for the last few years. I bought one of these for my backyard and one of the battery powered stakes for the front yard. Not one single one showed up in my yard this year!!"

mole chasing windmill, July 11, 2007
By dicnsue from Lucedale, MS

"I purchased a mole chasing windmill many years ago for the purpose of chasing moles in my back yard. It did an excellent job. We got so enthralled in just seeing it turn that when we moved to another city, and had no mole problems, we ordered another. The hurricane tore up that one and we had to purchase a third."

Scat Moles!, July 9, 2007
By BBQER from Warwick,RI

"Great item, I always have trouble in the garden with moles, but not anymore! Since installing the Mole Chaser I haven't seen a single one. The neighbors cat hasn't either! Thats how I would know if the moles were still here. The cat would leave the dead ones as gifts LOL. Get a Mole Chaser and kiss the pests goodbye."

Moles, July 9, 2007
By Acealbert from Ohio

"I have 2 mole chaser windmills. One in the back yard which seems to work wonders, no moles. I have a second chaser in the front yard and the moles or mole completely and continuely keeps making holes. I have moved it twice to no avail. I have set a mole trap, and I will eventually get him!"

"I bought 2 mole chaser windmills putting one on the property line and the other in my backyard flower bed. My backyard this year has not become what previously had looked like an excavation site. I've not seen any mole tracks this year. In my front yard there is only one recurring mole track. I guess that furry bugger just doesn't like it any where else. I don't think my neighbor has had any problems in his front yard this year, either. Now, if I could get this windmill to pump water I'd have my watering chores taken care of too."

No more moles!, July 6, 2007
By Centime

"Moles were ruining our yard--tunnels everywhere! I tried every gadget on the market, garlic oil, various repellents, even poison. Nothing worked. Then I got a Molechaser figuring that even if it didn't work it would look cool (which it does--a silver pinwheel). Within three days the moles were gone and have never come back. Amazing! It's zero maintenance. I'm buying more for friends. An A+ product."

Mole chaser Works, April 17, 2007
By Gawami from North Carolina

"I've had this item in my yard for 5 years now, and the moles come up to the property line and stop! I don't know how they guage the distance, but many of those tunnels are running along the neighbor's edge of the lawns.

Anyway, it works as long as there is a breeze!"

Mole Chasers, March 7, 2007
By CloverdaleKen from Abbotsford BC CANADA

"My lawn has been torn up time and time again by burrowing rodents that enter under ground from the surrounding agricultural land. A month ago I set up four windmill mole chasers about 15' apart in existing burrows and cleaned up the previously made mess. Since that time I have seen no new holes in that area. I have now relocated them in a line about 15' apart with the intent of marching the little rodents back into the field by moving the line forward 15' each week. I have ordered four more for the opposite side of the property and plan six more for my apple orchard. These little creatures not only make a mess on the lawn they kill valuable shrubs and trees by chewing their roots."

Mole Chase Windmill, March 6, 2007
By gdraughon from Florida

"I tried everything to get rid of some sort of creatures that kept building little tunnels & mounds around my home. From water pressure, poison pellets to gasoline and nothing. I read about the windmill mole chase and purchased one about three weeks ago and installed it in the area of these tunnels. Yesterday a inspected by back yard and noticed that there is no more activity. Seems as if this gadget is really doing the trick and also serves as a yard ornament. The mill is very sensitive and the smallest breeze makes it turn."
