"Purchased this generator and the reliance 10 circuit manual transfer switch with the protected inlet box. Everything was a breeze to install. Generator shipped very quickly and was easy to assemble. I used a good quality synthetic oil, filled with gas, connected the battery and the unit fired right up. Just had a major ice storm hooked up the generator and was able to power everything I had connected to my transfer switch with plenty of power to spare. We ran a wide screen TV, lights, plugs, microwave, dishwasher, washer, coffee maker. I did not hook-up any 220V appliances as I really don't need them. My sensitive equipment (computer) performed flawslessly. I do have everything powered thru surge protectors. Unit is not as loud as I had thought it would be which is a plus and I experienced no surging. I have over 2200 sg ft home and it powered it all. Very statisfied"
