"Having no experience TIG welding I did not know what to expect when I bought this welder to learn on. I do light fabrication and decorative metal pieces and wanted to be able to do finer welds than I was getting with a MIG welder on thin material and aluminum. I've been using it for over a year now and it is my preferred machine. All welding parameters are fully adjustable and can be saved and recalled for similar applications."

"This welder has many of the features of a large high end machine in a compact efficient package. It can run any stick electrode I want very smoothly. The tig features are great, I can weld very thin aluminum sheet up to heavy aluminum bar stock. Great control over cleaning and penetration on high frequency trig. Many options with total control over pre, during and post gas flow. To get the same features from another manufacturer the machine is either much more expensive or three times the size without the efficient inverter technology. The duty cycle is plenty for job shop fabrication."
