"I received this product as a gift and was very unsatisfied from the beginning. The hose has almost a 90 degree kinked where it connects to the reel and does not come with nut and bolts. I disconnected the 3' connection hose and just use it as it states "Reel Hose". I would not recommend this product. Try a different one, but the pressure washer i got from Northern Tool is excellant. Item # 1578112"

"I have found this product to work well. It holds 100' of hose (item #30333) very well.
One problem, this item does not come with the mounting bracket to attach it to the pressure washer. Upon buying the mounting bracket, neither one came with bolts to mount the hose reel to the mounting bracket. Make sure you buy bolts and a mounting bracket or you will be making several trips."

Good price if you have low pressure hose,

"As previous poster stated, it struggles to hold 100' of my 4000psi hose.
There isn't enough clearance to connect to hoses without positioning the joint across the reel.
For the price (bought on sale), it was hard to pass on."
