"I used this washer about 10 times over a 14 month period. Probably had about 30 hrs on it. The wheels are plastic and turn with great difficulty. I bought new rubber tires for it so I could get it around without carrying it. The handle is too short for anyone over 6 feet tall so when you pull it you are stooped over. When it was working I was pleased with the performance. It's very noisy but works well. Last month it would no longer keep pressure. It had a leak that would not allow the pressure to stay up. Not in warranty. Customer service people very nice. When I opened it up for a diagnosis I found out I am the wrong kind of doc for this. I'm a serious handyman but this needs a service man. Not worth the money and hassel for such a marginal product. This is my second foreign built
pressure washer in two years. Time to buy home grown products again."
