Unsatisfactory,

"I wonder if I simply ended up with a defective unit? Within the first ten minutes of usage, mine stopped spinning, because one of the two nozzles no longer operated. What that meant was that all the water pressure (I was using a 2,350 PSI washer) came through one nozzle and I ended up with ugly gashes in my deck until I figured out what had happened and turned everything off. Following the instructions, I removed and cleaned both nozzles (that's a bit of a chore, by the way) although I did not see any obvious blockages. I also switched to a new pressure washer (rated at 2,000 PSI). Within a few minutes the same thing happened. I cleaned them again, only to have the same thing occur. I will say that Northern Tool was very good about things when I returned the unit. FWIW, I have used other surface cleaners with my pressure washer without any problems."

11.5in Surface Cleaner,

"I was not impressed wtih this product. I used a 2550psi machine at 2.3 gpm at my first and only attempt to use this product. After one pass I went over the same area with a turbo nozzle for test purposes. The turbo nozzle showed just what the surface cleaner didn't clean. I'm considering moving to a 3800psi machine w/ 4gpm but still having difficulty matching a good surface cleaner to the new purchase."

Great Product,

"I bought this product last week...it worked very well with my 2500 PSI pressure washer, and at 2.2 gpm, it got the job done farily quickly. It was very simple to use, and it worked very efficiently. If my pressure washer was up to par, and was in great working condition, I'm sure the job would have been even better. I truly think this is an amazing product, and I cannot wait to buy a bigger one, with a bigger machine of course."

Does More Than You'd Think,

"Pros: Works great on concrete, much faster and more even than using a single tip. Makes a good "broom" by tilting it up (creates a breeze and blows leaves and other trash). Cleans wooden decks, but you have to be careful to keep it moving on ceder. The weight is OK for horizontal use (keeps it down pretty well). Can use it for cleaning vertical siding (a bit heavy, but the castors come off easily, making it less bulky for this use). There is a brush-like skirt to keep some of the water from getting out, but you will get wet. Works great on vinyl fencing too.
Cons: Tends to rotate on end of the wand. Uses a fair amount of water (seems to keep my 8hp washer extra busy). A little too heavy for extended vertical use even with the wheels removed.
Overall: For occasional use it is very good for lots of jobs. Reasonable price."

"For the money, you can't beat this little guy. There are better units, but this one works if you aren't cleaning driveways for a living.
On most surfaces, you can pretty much walk at a normal pace and it cleans efficiently....SO MUCH FASTER than you could ever do with a wand.
I have encountered a couple problems, though. 1>the pipe dope used can break apart and clog the nozzles. 2>does not work great on uneven surfaces, because the spray shield catches."
