Second works just like the first,

"This is my second Ol' Joint Jigger tube notcher and it works flawlessly just like the first one I had (a friend borrowed the first one and I never got it back). The arbor has smooth and balanced operation from the arbor housing bushings and the angle finder is easy to operate and works perfectly for building roll cages and tubular structures. I have used cheaper models of tube notchers, and they all do not compare to this one - the frustration level goes way up with other, inferior notchers. Other notchers I've used have way too much wobble and weak tube clamping mechanisms.
The anodizing and hardware on this notcher is superior quality. Be sure to use good quality hole saws (new ones), lower drill RPMs, and some spray lube for best results.
If you have a small to medium shop that does a lot of roll cage work, or even a home builder who is building tubular structures in his garage, this is an ideal tube notcher."
