Northern Industrial Cast Iron Clear Water Pump,
July 9, 2007
By robelee
from Frankford, Missouri
"I was looking for a pump to circulate and filter the water in our pool. Most pool pumps are very expensive and this little pump was very well priced. I purchased one and installed it on the pool, with a filter on the inlet side. It is set to run 12 hrs. a day, 7 days a week. It has performed exceptionally well and would recommend it to anybody. If for some unforseen reason I need to replace it, I would buy another one. It has excellent suction and is quiet running."

Good Pump, Good Value, Wish it were self priming,
November 2, 2009
By PumperMark
"This is a great little pump for the value. As the title says I wish it were self priming. There is a set screw at the top which needs to be opened in order to prime it. Once it is primed this thing keeps going.
While this is billed as a water pump, I use it for non flammable oils. The viscosity does not seem to affect this pump.

Little pump,
October 19, 2009
By CABOOSECHASER
from Upstate New York
"I needed an inexpensive water pump to irregate a large garden at a remote site. I mounted this small pump on the cart of my 3000 watt generator. I plugged in a cord and wired in a waterproof switch inline. I ran 1 1/4 black plastic pipe with 4 sprinkler heads. Water was trucked in, and connections made with quick couplings. I only used it for a few weeks, but it seemed work nicely for the time I used it."
